Extremely disappointing after-sales…
Extremely disappointing after-sales service. My Magene C506 developed a defect within the warranty period. The defect was acknowledged, but after more than three weeks and more than 10 emails, I still have no solution. I was repeatedly referred between the dealer, importer and Magene. Magene eventually provided me with a contact at the Italian distributor who is apparently no longer responsible / whose email address is no longer in use. I have been patient and followed every requested step, but this level of after-sales support is simply unacceptable. I am still waiting for a basic warranty resolution: repair or replacement.
