Waited over 3 months for order ,after emailing they said it had been returned by courier?? They just keep giving me the tracking no. Not much use!! Won't refund my money. That says it all! Obviously would never deal with them again.
Ordered a Panama hat which when it arrived it bore no resemblance to the several photos on the website. I was also charged more than the total shown. I emailed the customer service address for refund. Have been told that the item delivered is correct but it is not I have tried sending them a photo of the hat ishown on their website plus photo of the one delivered which is a different much smallerstyle. No joy. I asked about additional error charge. Have been told it’s been credited back to my card but nothing yet. All the responses from the company are pre listed sentences with apologies for my dissatisfaction. Very poor I think they assume for small amounts £21.99 people will give up and go away!!! The website clearly states refunds available but obviously not true. I hope no one else falls for the misrepresentation photos of items o. The website. I now intend to report to my credit card and Facebook if I can
