The Bible timeline book arrived bent from the minimal packaging. When I opened it, the front page is not glued flat so the pages do not lay completely flat. I love the idea and the content but the final product was a disappointment. I expected to receive something that would live in my family long after I'm gone, but I don't think that will be the case.
The packaging was insufficient so the edges of the book were slightly damaged.
I like the illustrations and over-all set, but it is bent out of shape and has bad ripples in the edges. For the price, I expected better quality.
I am very satisfied with your product. It is beautiful and exactly what I hoped it would be.
Responded quickly to my issue, which was additional item(s) in order that I hadn't ordered. Immediate refund.
I was happy with the speed of delivery considering how far it had to come. My only negative is that the book is thinner than expected and the corner of the package, including the book, was bent. Otherwise, all's good.
Communication not great. Even when delivered, tracking was still showing it in USA on transit. The purchased product though is even better than hoped for.
Goods arrived damaged one corner of the book was bent over which has cracked a large area of the cover of the book. Not happy at all
Total rip off scam! It's two months and still no package! Even though when you go to buy something it says super fast delivery! And they keep telling me stupid excuses. F*** these people.
Great product. Took a long time to receive. Wasn’t sure I was dealing with a legit company, but ultimately very satisfied.
