Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall, expressing deep personal frustration with the entire purchasing process and the misleading advertising. Consumers reported that the advertised adjustable glasses are completely useless, functioning merely as cheap plastic rubbish that fails to deliver on any vision correction promises.
Some reviewers were not happy with the unresponsive customer support and the complete failure of the business to handle, process, or acknowledge any refund requests. People also mentioned experiencing broken frames, missing components, and lenses falling out almost immediately after opening the package, leaving buyers feeling thoroughly disappointed by the company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I bought 4 photochromic progressive multifocal reading glasses from them and they were just glass.. no photochromic no auto focus despite claims on website.
They would not refund me
con merchants
Reading all the reviews and also my personal experience I am astounded that this company are allowed to advertise there totally useless product.
Everything they claim is totally untrue and I agree with every word other customers who have made complaints about this company.
Im not sure if the Advertising Standards Agency ever vet companies who are blatantly defrauding the public, there advert is very professional and I would have thought quite expensive to put together so I assume they are making a lot of money out this scam.
I haven't bothered trying to go through through the process of returning the items and put them straight in the bin as previous reviews experienced a not interested response.
Read again all the complaints and take heed.
I ordered these glasses which are supposed to adapt to different sightedness. They don't at all. The website also said "easy refund" but I can't find any trace of how to contact them. Only proof is that they took £32 from my account on 31 August plus 10% for a "tip" for the driver. Just a way to get more of my money. I only have the courier details. I'm not even going to try for a refund after reading other reviews. I guess we learn from our mistakes. If it sounds too good to be true (glasses that fit everyone) then it is!
Nothing but 5* reviews on their site and such amazing products for such a low price. people who fall for this and buy from a youtube/ facebook/ tiktok etc ad deserve to get ripped off for their stupidity. 99% of ads are from SCAMMERS using AI and this is just one of many.
I had a pair of glasses delivered which I paid for 32pnds they were cheap plastic glasses did not help me see clearly as described I have now put in claim to my bank they are investigating this company for a refund I can't contact them no email address response I'm disappointed And disgusted with this company it's like theft I'm afraid
DOES ANYONE HAVE CONTACT DETAILS FOR THESE SCAMMERS.
As has been mentioned many times before on thus platform, the glasses supplied are definitely NOT as advertised. No "Auto focus" , do NOT react to light and frames definitely as described. I wish I had looked on Trustpilot before purchase.
I will go to my bank in order to get some refund if possible. DOES ANYONE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OR E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR THESE SCAMMERS.
I nearly bought from the YouTube advert as the glasses seem amazing and cheap! I decided to check reviews here first and thankfully I did. Well done to all who post reviews on Trustpilot!
Completely fake claims. What they tell you their glasses can do isn't possible. They are at best, non-prescription reading glasses. Do not buy from these.

If there is a website to find this scam, please add it to this website. I will then provide it to the Advertising Standards Authority.
Initial Review
I've seen the scam advert for photochromic glasses. It wasn't possible to scroll back, to check assertions, which seemed incredibly spurious.
To its credit, Trustpilot appears to be the only organisation displaying a clear warning. However its bad rating of 96% needs to be raised to 100%, because the 4% review also states that the "Glasses [are] rubbish".
The advert states that the photochromic glasses are "safe" for "long distance driving". By contrast, advice from other sources warn, that genuine photochromic glasses and not safe for driving. If that is true, the advert could result in preventable accidents, and a threat to lives.
Mankolmm doesn't state which country it is in. There is no land mail address and it is not mentioned on the Companies House website in the UK..
ScamAdviser "thinks" Mankolmm may be "ligit".
Gridinsoft cybersecurity organisation is not sure if Mankolmm is a scam.
The link to TrustedSite's website states, "mankolmm.com is TrustedSite Certified". However, open that website, and it states that it is not certified! I have urged TrustedSite to deal with the contradiction.
I've urged the above organisations, to look at reviews on this Trustpilot website.
Sounded really good. Cheap glasses arrived in cheap packaging. Tried them on and nothing happened. There was a slight change with dimming down light.
I want a refund.
AVOID.
Mankolmm are just a bunch of scammers.
A too-good-to-be-true product.
Hopefully one day such technology will exist ... but that day is NOT TODAY.
YouTube shouldn't allow scam adverts like this - and when detected should take them down IMMEDIATELY.
I met the owner of this company in a pub. He arrived in a new Ferrari. Gave me a pair of these glasses free but they are useless. I gave them to a homeless tramp and even he threw them away.
Avoid this company like the plague !!!!!!! Total rip offs .contacted them on many occasions for a refund on some total rip auto focus glasses that are totally useless and haven't had any response. False advertising the customer service email they give out is invalid it's a minefield just trying to get in touch with them.money back refund is a lie and yet they are still advertising there total shight.!!!!•in short all auto so called focus glasses are a total fantasy .unless they can actually get inside your head to determine whether your sight is better or worse it will never be achieved. How can a lense on the outside of your body know what's going on in your brain.?
One of the worst online shopping experiences I've come across. The entire website feels like a wall of AI-generated marketing copy with endless buzzwords and grandiose promises but very little that inspires confidence. Instead of honest product information, it reads like an advertisement written to manipulate rather than inform.
The presentation comes across as cheap, generic, and completely lacking authenticity. If this is how the company chooses to represent itself, it's hard to trust anything it claims. Customers deserve transparency, not pages of hype and exaggerated marketing. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone looking for a trustworthy retailer.
I have received my order but unfortunately these glasses do not work for my vision requirements; I have put them on & waited 3-5mins for the optical lens to adjust but I can not see using these glasses. I have had to return to my old glasses which are transitions for close & far-sighted work.
I would like to request a FULL REFUND for my order.
Kind regards
Pete Parker
