My 1st email asking for an exchange was on 5/31, (today is 6/20), and after 15 emails I have been told, after if I give a good review they will exchange them for the requested size. In all honesty this is the best I can give them and I reserve the 1 star rating in case they still refuse to exchange these items, 5 items.
We received a wrong size and the customer service keeps arguing about how the measurements can differ. The size is one smaller than ordered AND measures two inches shorter than their sizing chart. I’m about four emails deep now with them arguing that the sizes aren’t 100% the same rather than presenting me with an actual solution. If I wanted my ballsack to hangout, I’d go bare. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because they were very helpful when I made changes to my order BEFORE I received it.

The way that they shipped these shorts was just in the clear plastic that they come in. Unfortunately, my shorts came in stained. I hope they can improve the packaging.
