Maps of Antiquity

Thank you for your review and feedback. You purchased a postcard with first class shipping (no tracking or insurance) and it was put into the mail promptly in an envelope with cardstock paper in order to try to protect the postcard as it traveled through the mail. If you would like to let us know what more we could have done to create the personal exchange you were looking for, please feel free to reach out by email or phone. We are always interested in learning about what our customers are looking for. Thank you for your order!

Thank you for your order and review! So glad you are happy with your map! We are always happy to frame the maps! (note: custom framing takes about 3 weeks, there are size restrictions, and shipping a framed piece costs more due to size and weight. Also, we have a small selection of frame options online, but many more if you let us know what color/style you are looking for!)

We are very sorry that your delivery was late! Our website is set up to calculate 2 days of processing time when it estimates the arrival time (Sundays don't count because we are closed on Sundays in the winter). So we got it to the post office on time, based on the ship date calculated by the website. Unfortunately it looks like the US Postal Service took longer to deliver your package than expected. We are very sorry about that. Our checkout page encourages customers to let us know if you need your order quickly, so we can expedite the packaging process. I wish we had known you needed it by a certain date. In case it is helpful for the future, I have been advised (by postal employees) that if we want packages delivered quickly and on time, customers should use UPS or FedEx, because USPS can't really promise anything. Plus, our local post office has a system where if you drop off a package on a Wednesday, it won't actually get picked up from the post office until very early the next day. Unfortunately USPS does not guarantee their shipping times for Priority Mail. We are very sorry that your delivery was late.

Thank you for your order! We are glad to hear you are happy with your purchase and our staff's service!
