Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Reviewers frequently praise the exceptional craftsmanship of the handmade products, stating that the cues offer perfect weight distribution, impressive accuracy, and significantly improve their overall gameplay. Consumers also emphasize the extremely reliable delivery service and secure packaging, ensuring that precious items arrive safely and right on schedule. However, some customers also noted that because products are shipped from overseas, delivery can sometimes take a little longer than initially expected. Buyers additionally mentioned that while the overall quality is fantastic, occasional minor issues with specific components can sometimes require extra attention.

I received my cue on 12/3/26 and went straight to my club to play snooker, the cue feels amazing the balance and weight feels just right and on straight shots it’s so accurate!! So I went to play snooker again on the next day it just gets better and better, I was very apprehensive to buy the cue at first because I wasn’t sure if it would be any good!! but it has gone far above my expectations, the mini butt and telescopic extentions are quality as well. I would also like to thank Sophia for all her help in guiding me to make the right decision. I just love my new cue. Thanks again!!

I'm on my second cue from Mark Richards cues. My old cue has been a good 3/4 cue and have changed to a 1 piece getting on with it well the 3/4 is a 60 inch and the 1 piece is a 58 inch so I'm having to shorten my stroke.the finish of the cue is tidy and smart.plenty of cue power hits well the spin I'm generating is wow I screwed in off from yellow spot in to black pocket.
Hi there, thank you for coming back to us for your second cue, which really means a lot! Switching from a 60-inch 3/4 to a 58-inch one-piece can take a little adjustment, but it’s great to hear you’re already getting strong cue power and impressive spin. That screw shot sounds like a beauty! Wishing you many more great moments at the table.

Exceptional service from the Mark Richard team. The up graded tip works really well with the 19.9oz cue and gives me much improved grip on the white ball. My game as a consequence has instantly improved. The cue is of high quality and has impressed all my snooker chums. The upgraded cue case is secure and well made. The cue only took one week to be delivered. It is great value for money and highly recommended.
