The product listing indicates in red that this is "not a box, only 1 Century Pro Cue Tip," and the selected G2/G3/G4 options refer to a single tip. However, we understand that product images can be confusing, so we take your feedback seriously. We will further improve the product page by clearly displaying a single prompt when selecting G2, G3, or G4, making the quantity more obvious and helping prevent similar misunderstandings. We also want to clarify that the price includes tip-upgraded installation. Because your order does not require tip fitting, we have contacted you via email to apologize for providing a solution. We hope you will reply to our email so we can resolve this issue with you directly. We sincerely value our customers and would like the opportunity to correct this misunderstanding.

Hello there, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our policy. Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or exchanges for unused items. As outlined in our return policy, cues and shafts must show no signs of use: the tip must not have been chalked, and the cue must be returned in its original protective packaging with all tags attached, free from chalk marks, scrapes, or any other signs of use. Once a cue has been chalked and played with, we are unable to resell it as a new product, so we cannot accept it back for exchange. This policy is applied fairly and consistently to all customers. Although we were unable to exchange the used cue, we still wanted to help. In addition to our automatic £10 discount, we offered you a further £15 goodwill discount, giving you a total saving of £25 towards a new 9.5mm cue. We believe this was a sincere gesture and the best solution we could offer within our policy. We're genuinely sorry that this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for. We value every customer and always try to find a fair resolution while maintaining the same standards for everyone. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the very best.
