Excellent service
Excellent service, communication and a quality cue I recently purchased a MARK RICHARD SCP05 Laos Burl one-piece snooker cue, fitted with a Century Pro G2 Medium tip, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. The customer service was excellent from the start. My questions about the returns policy for customers in Spain and the possibility of changing the tip were answered promptly, clearly and courteously. The team were helpful throughout and made the whole process reassuring and straightforward. The cue was dispatched from Hong Kong and arrived in Spain on 15 September 2026, considerably earlier than I had expected. The packaging was excellent, with plenty of protection both inside the shipping box and around the cue case. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Having now had the opportunity to play with the cue, I am delighted with it. It feels solid, straight and very well made, with an excellent finish and great attention to detail. The Laos Burl splice is particularly attractive, and the cue performs just as well as its quality and craftsmanship led me to hope. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the cue and the service I received. The communication, delivery speed, packaging and quality of the product have all been excellent. Many thanks to the team at MARK RICHARD for their professionalism and for making this such a positive buying experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality snooker cue.
