Great Quality Cue & Service
So happy I stumbled across Mark Richard cues when I was looking to buy my first cue, the craftsmanship of the handmade cue has blown me away & the added extra’s i.e extensions are a great touch within the set & of very high quality. After ordering I spoke to Sophia to discuss weight, added elk master tip & her customer service was brilliant, very friendly and knowledgable. The cue I bought was 19.oz & 58inched I’ve been on the table over the last few days and early signs it is improving my game. The case you get with the cue is immaculate & very high quality. The delivery is tracked by DPD so puts your mind at ease & arrived 6 days after being shipped which was really quick. If anyone is looking for their first cue or a new cue I couldn’t recommend this company enough, they have more than exceeded my expectations and the quality and service has been fantastic.. thanks again
