In reading the other reviews, I can only confirm that this does not seem like a trustworthy company. Ordered a grow tent on 10 December and as of this writing 21 December have no idea when the item will arrive. Received a tracking number after one week and needed to write to the MH to get it and now apparently my package is in a German Post office for over a week and no response from Customer Service. Would make other choices if I had to do it over again.
I would give this company a zero if I could. I ordered this grow kit last month and have not yet received it, despite it being “delivered” on 19th November to my neighbour’s house, not my house. It is now 8th December, the date by which Mars Hydro stated it would have concluded its investigation. I have not heard from them whatsoever and am now a few hundred pounds short and no package in sight. I have been told numerous times to “wait” on the response they get from the courier, yet have ignored my repeated attempts to send across the response I personally got from Yodel stating the package had been left with my neighbour, without my consent, who then left it on my doorstep and it subsequently went missing. Whilst this isn’t their fault directly, I left specific instructions to send the package to my house only and it is their responsibility as the seller to ensure the safe arrival of my package which they have not done. It has been almost a month since I ordered and paid for this product, which I never received. The correspondence from the company has been limited, their contact number is a Chinese number that is unable to be called from the UK, even on WhatsApp. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they have made it impossible to contact them and their lacklustre response has led me to believe I will never get my package. There has been zero offer of a refund or redelivery and as it after 5pm, I doubt I will hear from them before their own “investigation deadline”. I am extremely unhappy and out of pocket and they have done nothing to assure me I will be getting the product I paid for nor my money back.
Most of the kit is good, but the instructions are lacking a bit and a couple of the "extra goodies" are subpar. The package arrived on time and in good condition. The grow tent itself is of good quality, the lamp seems to be working well. The issue comes with everything else. The fan and filter also seem to be well built, but mounting it inside the tent as suggested is a non-starter. The system doesn't come with an easy way to mount them up top, and in the bottom, you would be losing at least 1/4 of your growing space. Additionally, the timer doesn't work, and the thermometer/humidity sensor is very inaccurate. It would be better to not include those items in the package than to have something that doesn't work well. I was split between a 3-4 star rating and those items pushed me towards the lower review.

The light is trash the company's customer service is trash don't ever buy from Mars hydro you are warned I've received my light and worked for 3 weeks and only half of it works now yeah I've waited 5 to 7 days for a tracking number for a backup driver A fail driver after 3 weeks is unacceptable especially in the midst of a crop
Ts1000 are only 150w do your research they are rubbish won’t even grow a tomato tree!!!
I will never ever buy Mars Hydro again .. New light after 6 months the LED fell out so the LEDs around in dont work asked to send it back for repair so thay send me LEDs to repair it myself with a video of the wrong model So that whent in the bin at the cost of £450 ... Next I buy a new 5x5 tent and it has the mosquito meshing missing from the window I talked to the RMA and ask to send it back .. thay told me No and to make 1 myself . So if you want rubbish buy Mars Hydro Number 1 for Bad hardware and terrible Customer Service

I bought the S 1000 cultivation kit today but immediately after An email arrived with the order confirmed and saying that he would send the order. Also sending a confirmation email, an hour later I sent an email to cancel the order. 'order To all the contacts of the mars-hydro.com page to cancel the order (which are 3) I don't think I'll ever get my money back so pay attention there are two sites mars-hydro.com SCAMMER and instead the real mars- hydro.eu I think it is the original one. I realized when paying with PayPal why I paid a Chinese seller when the company knows for sure that it is not Chinese.
What a false advertising company. They gave you a tracking number says that it's been delivered on the day I ordered it don't understand how that's impossible unless they knew I was going to order it beforehand. This is a scam pay through PayPal so you can get your money back if anything goes wrong
Waited 4 weeks for delivery and it never came although eBay said it was dispatched. Contacted comp numerous times was offered alternatives and assurances it was due imi entry but it never arrived. Refund was received no problem though.
I ordered 5 days ago,today i decided to contact them since i had no tracking number,after my contact they replied that they dont ship in islands(???) If they dont ship how on earth they calculated the shipping cost?i replied that i want my money back they said that i will get my money soon,i asked how soon and the replies stopped there,already made complain in paypal and escalated it to get my money back,stay away
A really cheap set of electronic components that have failed twice mid cycle, customer service is poor with no respect for consumer rights or trading standards. Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand if you want a reliable led grow light

Lights are good while they last my ts 1000 just all of a sudden stopped between me and Mars we worked it out to be the driver they said they was going to sort for me then that was it they won't reply now .iv lost count on how many people iv recommend to get mars lights and they have gone out and brought them always thought highly of mars until they have let me dwn customer service are just blanking me now.
Ordered a 2 in 1 grow tent. No instructions in the pack and to find a missing pole. Contacted them via chat function on their website and got TOLD OFF by the rep on the other end that its not their problem and to go to the reseller. Had 1 reply from customer service and after sending pictures have not heard back from them since. Avoid at all cost
Mars hydro is a scam on the description of the setup I purchased from catch the LED grow light was called TS 1000 when you read the description of this light it states that it is 400 W However when the product arrived on the actual light it states that it is only 150 W so in other words my setup is only good for growing tomatoes probably not even it is an absolute dud do not ever purchased from these guys unless you also want to be scammed
