"Thank you so much for your honest feedback! We're glad to hear that the fabric samples helped you find the right color and style for your chairs. We understand how important it is to get the measurements just right, which is why we ask for detailed measurements before finalizing an order. The 'Henriksdal' chair model, though sold under the same name, actually has several versions that differ slightly by just a few centimeters, often based on the country it was sold in and the year of manufacture. This can sometimes lead to small mismatches. We truly appreciate your suggestion for a virtual measurement process, and we'll certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve our process for future orders. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we value your feedback!"

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. For every order, we send a tracking email as soon as the item ships, and I can confirm that one was sent to you. However, by default, these automated emails can sometimes end up in the spam or junk folder, which may be why you didn’t see it. Regarding the fit of your sofa cover, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Our return policy allows 2 weeks from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you’re not satisfied with your product. We did not receive any email or inquiry from you within that timeframe or in general regards to your dissatisfaction and want of a return. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email. We’re always ready to assist you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the cotton fabric wasn’t quite what you expected. Our 100% cotton material is a durable, high-quality fabric with a substantial thickness of 450g/m², which gives it a sturdier structure. We completely understand that this texture may not be to everyone’s preference. To help customers find the perfect match, we offer up to five free fabric samples before ordering a cover—this allows you to see and feel the materials firsthand. We truly appreciate your comments and appreciate you sharing them with us.
