Buyer Beware!!
I purchased a pair of men’s shoes from Matufit and they sent me the wrong size. I followed their return policy but they refused to accept the return. They wanted me to give the shoes to charity and then give me a 15% credit towards another purchase. I will never buy from this company ever again. Absolute scam—Sent wrong size and refused to refund! Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased a pair of shoes from Matufit, and they sent me completely the wrong size. When I contacted customer service to follow their return policy, they refused to accept the return. Instead, they told me to donate the useless shoes to charity or give them away. After an exhausting email chain going back and forth, they refused a full refund and only offered a 15% credit toward another purchase. Their customer service is a total sham, and they do not honor basic consumer rights. I will never buy from them again. Save your money!
