As usual the best online shopping experience for luxury products. Great and prompt customer service. Delivery service and arrangement are good as usual from DHL. The prompt updates given by the team is as though they care more about the delivery than the consumers. Website is good not sure has the app improve already, it wasn't as good as the website the last time I tried. Inventory is the only part they can really improve. Slight disadvantage here when comparing to for example Farfetch.
