Met Fan! It's a huge pleasure to have been of service to a very kind individual such as yourself. If you need anything in the future, we are here for you. Best regards, Omar
Tracie, Thanks so much for your cooperation during shipment. Your mother is so fortunate to have someone like you doing the best for her, and we are thankful that you gave us an opportunity to be a part of it. Shipping is one of the most annoying parts of this business, because we can do everything right, and its just out of our hands when there's short delays or issues with the bill of lading scanning. We appreciate that you were able to see that from our part we were right there with you from A to Z. Our kindest regards, Omar Med Shop Direct
Thank you so much for your kind words Tomika - you were great and beyond understanding. I'm happy this world has people like you helping out their mothers. Our best wishes, Omar

Hey Boss Mike! Happy to work on this experiment with you :) - beats buying a thousand dollar pump if it's not needed. The new parts should arrive on 2/16 Hope it all works out Talk to you soon Omar
Med shop Direct
Maria, So happy this worked out for your husband, and thank you so much for your kind words. The pleasure was ours. Your son Lois was very polite and he really wanted to get something special for his father and we were privileged to have the opportunity to contribute in the small way that we did. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to be of service. Our best wishes, Omar MedShopDirect

Stepan
Thanks for your feedback Aurora! We are considering making all shipments "signature required" to avoid this :) So happy you called us in time and we were able to locate it for you Best wishes, Omar
Thank you Johnny! You're a great person to work with. - Diana
