Hi there We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced with your order. We truly understand your concerns and are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our return policy does include a 30-day return period. However, the return must meet certain conditions to ensure we can continue providing brand-new products to all customers. Items must be returned in their original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging), as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig remains intact and that the lace has not been cut. Regarding the density and length concerns, we would be happy to review your case further and understand the specific issues with the wig. Please feel free to provide photos or videos showing the condition of the wig, including the length and density, so our team can carefully evaluate the situation and find the most appropriate solution for you. We truly value your feedback and regret that this purchase did not meet your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to resolve this matter fairly and improve your experience with us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Megalook hair

Hi katie Holmes Thank you for your patience, and we're sorry that your package took longer than expected to arrive. Recently, some international shipments have experienced slight delays due to customs inspections and transportation scheduling, which are unfortunately beyond our control. According to the tracking information, your package has now been marked as delivered. If you haven't received it yet, we recommend checking with your local post office or the courier first, as they may have more detailed delivery information or may be holding the package for pickup. If you're still unable to locate your package after checking, please let us know. We'll be happy to investigate with the carrier and do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
