They over-charged my credit card

My card was charged with USD 50 instead of AED 50 (around 13$). They refused to refund the excess amount. The website look like vibe-coded garbage Stay away at all costs

Not for production use...

I tried to login to my account, and they asked for my mobile phone number, i entered it and message appeared "This phone number is already registered"... Vibe coded login flow, instantly caused me headaches... Next is, they cleaim that they are 33% cheaper than Twilio in their dashboard for the MessageNow product.. And when you try to use MessageNow and send a custom SMS to any number it fails... i contacted support to request approval for custom messages, but they told me to subscribe to $350 package, which is totally scam... I already loaded £10 in my account, and now its gone, because i cant send custom messages with their MessageNow product as they claim in their landing page... Total scam!!

Some numbers will fail

Some numbers will fail, and if u contact support about it. this was their response: "Please allow some time to check the same." no idea what english this is but after that they start ignoring me. Worst service, worst customer service too.

Not Production grade

Too many frequent failures getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN cpaas.messagecentral.com and support is superficial, I didn't get response from their support team. The reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because their API can be used for development purposes without DLT registeration in INDIA.
