Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention and we are also sorry to hear that. Here we wanna clarify that our products are made to order, which means we create your item after your order has been placed and you should expect your order to be shipped in 3-5 buiness day. You placed your order on July 5th, and we shipped it on July 6th. This perfectly aligns with our stated 3-5 business days shipping time; secondly, according to our shipping policy, the delivery time to US by standard shipping is about 7-15 business days(not include the weekends), As of now, it is still within the 7-15 business day delivery timeframe we mentioned. Once again, thank you for your valuable suggestions; we will relay them to the relevant departments for improvement. Your package is currently in transit, so we kindly ask for your patience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions after receiving it.
