Do not order from Mew Mews. Returning a product is an absolute nightmare with endless back-and-forth and obstacles. They do not give you your money back—only store credit. On top of that, you are forced to pay for your own return shipping. There are plenty of better sites to order from—like ASOS and SHEIN—which actually give you full cash refunds back to your original payment and offer free return shipping. Save your time and money, and shop elsewhere!

I discovered Mewmews fashion on Facebook, good dresses but I was scared whether it was real or not. I wrote to them for some detail information and was guarded, that was where and when my journey with them started. Their dresses are very beautiful, high quality, well packaged but I waited for 1 month, too long. If they can improve on the waiting time for 2 weeks, it would be amazing. Ordering my second dress

**Poor quality and an unreasonable return policy** Mew Mews feels like another overpriced fast-fashion cash grab, but the return policy makes the experience even worse. They do not offer straightforward refunds to your original payment method, and the available return options are unnecessarily complicated and unreasonable. The quality of the clothing is subpar at best, especially for the prices they charge. I ordered a dress in the smallest size available, and the waist was unbelievably large and completely disproportionate. The sizing was nothing like what I expected based on the product listing. Honestly, you are better off purchasing from SHEIN, where you can find very similar clothing for less money and with a much easier return process. I would not purchase from Mew Mews again.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Mew Mews. I’ve been going back and forth with their customer service for over a week, and instead of resolving the issue, they keep trying to convince me to keep the dress. The dress looks nothing like the photos on the website. The material is very poor quality and not at all what I expected for the price. I repeatedly asked for a refund, but they refuse to take responsibility. They won’t provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover any return shipping costs, even though the item is clearly not as advertised. I expected much better customer service. If a product is significantly different from what’s shown online, the company should stand behind it. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I would not purchase from them again.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had

Mews mews is genuinely one of the worst stores I’ve ever shopped with. I’ve received faulty items on multiple occasions, including dresses with broken zippers. Instead of simply allowing me to return a faulty product for a refund, I was told to take it to a tailor to have it fixed, or give me a refund of 45% of the item. Considering the prices they charge, I find that absolutely ridiculous. Only after significant push back do they let you return it and even then you dont want you to pay the shipping and you have to CHASE your refund. The returns process has also been horrendous. It seems like multiple different people handle their customer service emails, and in my experience, there was very little communication or continuity between them. It took weeks and weeks to get a return sorted, and I constantly had to chase them for updates and a resolution. I felt like if I didn’t follow up myself, nothing would happen. I eventually received by giftcard and refund after significant follow up, if you do not chase this up, I doubt you would ever receive your credit. Their store-credit-only returns policy is another major issue for me. At these price points, being unable to receive a refund for a standard change-of-mind return is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I recently discovered that I could find dresses that looked identical to ones I had seen on Mewsmews by screenshotting the product images and using the image-search feature in the AliExpress app. I wish I had discovered this sooner, because I’ve since saved hundreds of dollars buying the identical items there. (this might sound like an ad, I promise its not and I'm just a chronic shopper always looking for the best price) Between the faulty products I received, the exhausting returns process, poor communication, and the store-credit policy, I would not shop here again. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away. UPDATE: They also tried to bribe reviewers with 20% off coupons to delete their reviews.

I ordered to Switzerland,two dresses that looked like elegant good quality dresses, I recieved a night gown like quality see through , it is not worth your money I lost 150 chf , the quality is worse than Temu/ shein at list there you don’t spend that amount of money .
