I reached out to the MewMews team to ask questions about the dress I was interested in. I asked if it was a slip dress or if it had a zipper. This changes fit and design for me, as a poorly inserted zipper can ruin a dress. They said no zipper, but of course when it arrived it has a zipper and it’s pulling and sewn in horribly. The dress looks very cheap as a result. I don’t recommend.

I purchased a dress from this store and I’m absolutely delighted! The shipping was incredibly fast, and the dress is even more beautiful in person. Placed an order and paid express shipping for one dress on June 17 because I had an event on July 5 (2.5 weeks later). Their website states delivery time for Australia is 8-12 days so of course I believe a big company like this would deliver on time especially since I paid for express shipping. Week of event comes, still no update or progress on the order. Nothing had been done on MewMews end. Despite this dress already being expensive I then had to spend more money on a second dress from another retailer because I still had not received my order. Label was only created on July 16 and shipped July 17 – a whole month after the order placed. Within this month, not a single email from MewMews with an update on why there was a delay, etc. I emailed them today and asked for a refund only for the express shipping rate that I paid which was $36.07 USD. You’d think logically this would be done straight away with no issues as this order shipped well after the express shipping/delivery window had already passed. After back and forth, MewMews wouldn’t budge and responds back that they cannot issue the refund as they’ve already paid the logistics carrier the express shipping rate. The order only shipped one week ago but should’ve been delivered by June 29 as stated on their own website! How am I not eligible for a refund of the express shipping fee???? You’d think that a company that sells expensive clothing would be more professional and understanding. It seems that asking for a $36 refund to right their wrong is asking too much of them. Says a lot about their work ethics and company morals – they’d rather pocket this than try to restore their reputation and satisfy a paying customer. Their items are not cheap! Each item costs hundreds of dollars and even goes up to the thousands! Expensive brand but wow what a cheap experience! Absolute let down. BE AWARE when ordering from here as you don’t want the headache, stress and frustration that I just experienced with this company! They just don’t care. Take your money elsewhere! There are loads of other businesses you’ll get your money’s worth from that actually provide a caring and stress-free environment for their customers! This will be the absolute last time I purchase from MewMews so think twice before buying!

I had brought 5 dresses from here and they were impressive. Already looking to buy another one 🤩 I did and exchanged for one dress and it went well and smooth. I ordered a dress for my bday excited .. they have 3 day shipping on there website which is a LIE be honest so ppl can order products in time ! 2 weeks in and still nothing and no get aren’t in the US it comes from china which is why it takes so long ( update my dress came the night of ! came out super cute but if your ordering order 3 weeks ahead to be safe ! )

The fabric and quality of their clothing is very good. I gave four stars only because they do not give refunds at all and you have to pay for your own shipping if you choose to return. I had to make a return due to one of their items being too large even though it was a size small. I could never wear it. However, they were still able to work with me and get me store credit.
