The quality of the clothes is amazing, the designs are beautiful and unique, and everything looks exactly like the photos. Customer service has always been kind and helpful whenever I had a question. Even when there were slight delays, they kept me informed and did their best to help. I highly recommend Mew Mews to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality clothing. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Style choice

Style choice - Awesome. Fit - Has been great for me thus far. Quality- great. *however, if you buy something with glitter you're gonna be wearing and cleaning it off of everywhere you touch* Price - It is a little pricey but worth it. Shipping can be painfully slow tbh. Word of warning. Don't buy it for an upcoming event, unless you order it 2 months in advance.. All in all a great selection and some really unique and beautiful pieces. I have bought about 5 dresses for my partner and she loves them all.. 4 Stars mainly because of the slow delivery.

Never again

Never again! My mistake was not checking the reviews as I always do before buying online. It took ages to arrive, and the quality was poor. This confirms that buying online, especially made in China, can be very disappointing. If I had known these products came from China, I would never have bought them. P.S This review app should allow you to add pics so you can add proof to avoid PP buy on this shop

Order #279134 was placed on 2 June 2026 and I paid for express delivery. Nearly two months later I still have not received my items. Communication has been extremely poor and UPS tracking initially remained on ‘Label Created’ for a long period. I have sent emails and Instagram messages with little or no response. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend unless the issue is resolved.”

Worse company in the world .

Worse company in the world .. they make a mistake and don’t own up to it sent me completely. The wrong outfit sent them pictures and it’s still questioning it asking me to send a picture of myself in the outfit. How awful is that. This company is the worst takes months to get anything and then when they make a mistake, they don’t want to return it.

If I could give -10 stars I would. This brand is a complete scam. I ordered a dress that online said 3-5 business days to ship. It has now been almost three weeks with no shipping. My card was charged after purchase, NOT after shipping. Pretty sure they took my money and ran. I was in contact with their customer service, who is incredibly unprofessional (typos in the emails, unprofessional wording). They told me they would charge me for a cancellation fee or that I could pay $48 more to have it expedited shipped. THE ITEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE BY NOW! I begged them to cancel and have since been ghosted by them. They also told me that if the dress arrived after the time I needed it for (my WEDDING) that “I could wear the dress for another event”. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Run as far away from here as possible. I’m waiting to hear back from my credit card company about the disputed charge for an item I will never receive.
