Run away from MewMews SCAMMERS , this guys are scam, I bought a dress worth $318 on May 8 and I wanted to use the dress by May 30, only for them to tell me that the dress is on high demand and I had to wait until middle of June, which I had to wait and then the dress arrived after a month plus, the quality of the dress that was sent to me was so terrible, the beads were falling off, the Zip was not zipping up and the dress doesn't even worth $50 dress, I messaged them and they told me that I had to pay for a returned label, I have never seen any company that the customer covers the return fees, all the images are just photoshop, they pay people to promote the brand, all the dresses come from China and it the lowest grade of fabric they use. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY SCAM

This was the very first purchase I have ever made with this brand. I was quite nervous for several reason but nonetheless the staff made it effortless for me. I accidentally used an old address as soon as I noticed I reached out they got back to me right away and assured me they would update my shipping address. 2 weeks later it already shipped out, the quality and the attention to detail is out of this world! You have truly exceeded my expectations! Thank you so so much! You will forever have a customer in me!

Good experience

I had a brilliant experience with Mew Mews on my first order. I live in France and received my parcel within two weeks. With my second order, the delivery time was longer – a month – and I had to pay €30 in customs charges via UPS to receive my parcel. But I was partially reimbursed for this. So overall, I’d say it’s fine; I’d recommend it.

The worst return process…

i would have given 4 stars for the quality but the return process is so bad I brought it down to 1. I Ordered a dress in early april for a wedding on June 9th and it was too thight! It was beautiful but no stretch in the material. So I asked to send it back for another model and I had to pay my shipping 35$ and pay an extra 25$ USD because they wouldn’t apply my 10% discount althought technically I didn’t keep the first order. So i’m leaving today without a dress, customer service says there is a rush on everything, but their return process is lengthy and unreliable, expensive and you can’t even track your package without buying an app! So total rip-off! It’s sad because they have beautiful products but if it doesn’t fit … good luck 🤞 Hopefully they will improve their return process or their ratings will keep going down! I do not recommend!

Do NOT Order from Mew Mews I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Mew Mews to think twice before ordering. This was my first experience with the company, and it will definitely be my last. The dresses I received did not meet my expectations, and when I tried to return them, I discovered how difficult and customer-unfriendly their return process really is. Unlike most reputable online retailers, Mew Mews does not make it easy for customers to receive a refund. Instead, they push customers toward accepting gift cards, which means your money remains with the company even when you are unhappy with your purchase. Their return policy is extremely strict, and customer service repeatedly refers to company policies rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. I had to send multiple emails just to discuss a return, and the entire experience was frustrating and time-consuming. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and understanding. When customers spend a significant amount of money on clothing, they should be able to shop with confidence knowing that returns and refunds will be handled fairly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Mew Mews. Before placing an order, I highly recommend reading their return policy very carefully. If there is any chance that you may need to return an item, be aware that getting your money back may be extremely difficult or even impossible. There are many other fashion retailers that offer much better customer service, fair refund policies, and a smoother shopping experience. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering. My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM MEW MEWS unless you are 100% certain you will keep the item. If something goes wrong, do not expect an easy return process or a refund. This was my first order from Mew Mews, and without question, it will be my last.

If you are thinking of ordering- DONT. First the item will reach you in approximately 30 days if you are in Europe, so delivery is long. Secondly, the photos are amazing, the dress I got barely resemble the picture. Third- they ship from China and the quality is not terrible, but not great either, it looks like the dress from market. Gariūnai (for Lithuanian girls to understand). And lastly - you cannot refund it, what they offer is gift card for 35% value or exchange. Save yourself the trouble and go for other brand instead
