Purchased a household item from MHKcase @ approx. $90. The tracking shows it was delivered, but I never received anything. When I contacted customer support, they said they would look into it. I have tried to contact them 3x since w/no response. MHKcase stole my money.
Bought a pair of crocs via shopify payment. That site said they were delivered. Not to me!! If I'd known it was from China I would have not bought from them. Wish I'd read the reviews first! Just lost £40. Unable to gain access to the tracking as it's been blocked!!! Scammers
They are complete scammers. I purchased the perfume through "Shop." I have purchased through "Shop" before, so I trusted the connection. Nowhere on the website was it indicated that I was buying from China; Had I known, I never would have placed the order. I ordered a perfume, and it "apparently" took over a week to get from Shenzhen to Hong Kong (a ridiculously long time for that distance). When I emailed them, they would ask me to be patient as the product was god-knows-where. After 15 days, my package was somewhere in HK - on a ship or plane -or neither. The company was very vague and some of the "tracing site" links they emailed me were blocked by my malware. I never had a clear location of the product, nor a carrier. Thank god I made the purchase through a credit card; I cancelled my order through my credit card. Avoid these schmucks at all costs!
