We appreciate you taking the time to share your recent experience with us. We are truly sorry to learn that your online shoe purchase did not meet your expectations, especially given your specific needs for plantar fasciitis. We understand your frustration when a product doesn't fit correctly after an indoor wear, and we recognize the challenge of purchasing footwear online without the ability to try it on beforehand. Unfortunately, the shoe was no longer in new condition and was purchased as a final sale item. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and regret that we fell short in your case. ~Midwest Customer Care
