I had a large order which required a lot of attention. I needed time to be sure all was accurate and left it in the cart. About 30 minutes passed and unbeknownst to me, an email was sent to offer a 20% discount on my purchase. I saw it after I made the purchase and saw the confirmation in my inbox. I then called customer service to ask for the discount and was told I was asking for the impossible. Never happening.

I returned my purchased shoes because they were the wrong size. I never tried on both shoes and didn’t remove the tags before I sent them back. You still declined to accept them- the pictures provided don’t actually show wear, and the photo showing a “dirty” spot must have been the result of a shadow as the shoes were unblemished when returned to me. I’ll never shop your site again.

Men's New Balance CT rally size 9, 2E shoes…

I've been buying NB Fresh Foam Lav @ 2E wide shoes since 2019 and LOVED them for their comfort, fit and stability. NB has been updating the shoes over the years and the most recent NB shoes I purchased was the fresh foam CT Rally v2 size 9, 2E shoes. The fit is still good but it's not as comfortable and the shoe bottoms not as sticky. I used to be able to play tennis for hours and no foot pain. Unfortunately this is not the case anymore.

Customer service. Fromuth ALWAYS stood alone BC of their incredible customer service. When you are buying shoes for a "high-end" client in today's world, there is VERY little margin for error. YOU NEED the knowledge of someone in terms of 'specs" on shoes. Wide v narrow...if they wore Adidas, how about "x"? The people are the difference

HEAVY weight shirt.

The shirt looks good. However, I also purchased (2) of the Head Play Tech Crew and found this NB shirt to be VERY HEAVY and insanely hot when playing compared to others. Relagated to working out only as it's just way to hot and thick/heavy for tennis. Also, the neck is larger than normal and you get less sun protection. Wish I could return this.

I love this shoe! I have a long narrow foot and I feel very agile and snug and well balanced in this shoe. I just bought 4 more pair as my size is a difficult one to fit. 10-1/2 N. Some of your styles do not make half sizes larger than size 10 so I appreciate this style. Please keep making 10 1/2s!! Thank you ASICS!!

My order got cancelled for fraud

My order got cancelled for fraud(for literally no reason) and they NEVER EVEN LET ME KNOW , I reached out because my order hadn’t shipped and it had been 9 days since I placed the order. Then they told me it was cancelled for fraud, I would not recommend.
