They are easy to deal with although the shipping dates are always pushed back usually more then once on things I order which they usually say it’s cause the quality was not to what they expected maybe in diff wording but if that is the reason then I’m fine with it even though some items I should have gotten a while ago . They are good with answering emails . Quality is good in the end result !

I received two packages; one was a bundle of items, one of which happened to be a damaged cup which is packaged in a cardboard box with only a single cardboard insert on the inside to keep the cups in place and no additional padding inside the box. Upon contacting Mighty Jaxx regarding the issue, they promptly sent a replacement cup that was almost excessively wrapped with protective layers of bubble wrap to prevent the new cup from facing the same fate as the previous one. In the end, I received the promised products in a timely fashion; and said products were higher quality than I was expecting. Will definitely be relying on Mighty Jaxx in the future.

I placed my order in 2018 on three separate items which were pre-ordered everytime I wrote them I got same excuse delays in paint delays in product now the excuse is coronavirus this company is a scam
