ML 1868: great value

Got the ML 1868 - love the style, build quality and the feeling of lightness on wrist. While the canvas strap it came on was solid, I invested in hand made leather one. Many thanks to sales support - as original order was not going anywhere they sent me a new one and I received it within a week.

Awesome Watch

I did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos about the ML08 before purchasing. It's hard to believe a watch could be so nice at this price. It looks beautiful. Extremely fast delivery from China. Great experience overall. I hope to purchase again!

Good customer service.

Nice watch! Great customer service! Recommend!

Militado wouldn’t make it right

The hand and face marking color was/is completely different from one another. Not at all like the images I had seen when researching for purchase. Contacted Militado to voice the concern for return or exchange. They said it was normal and refused to make it right. I have no use for the product but am stuck with it. Lesson learned regarding Militado and the way they do business.

Beautiful watch

Beautiful watch. Fast shipping and delivery considering we are in different countries. Chen was over and beyond with sincere dedication in making the experience exceptional in customer service. A little error however Chen rectified it immediately. Over all very good experience with a company a world away taking care of their customers.

best surprise for an affordable watch

very nice watch, perfect fit, and great service! I loved it and wore for two months straight, and then bought the same one in an other color. Very nice finish, great quality, very accurate, and waterproof!

… it seems to be a good watch, but the top crown of the three chrono-crowns was at the receiving day already loose and impossible to tighten!

I had a good experience with Militado. Nice watch. Nice price. It obviously takes a little while for delivery but I was ready for that. Happy with purchase.

I was just browsing the Internet and ran across a promotion for your watch collection. I’m not a huge fan of homage watches but I thought I’d make a small purchase and see what Militado was all about. I must say I’ve been quite impressed with the watch. It’s extremely comfortable to wear, and looks great. I’m sure I will be making another purchase in the near future.

Great Products and Customer Service

As a watch enthusiast, I've purchased watches from several Chinese brands over the years, and my experience with Militado has been one of the best so far. I recently bought two ML21 models, and while I'm very happy with the watches, the real highlight was the customer support. The team was friendly, responsive, and proactive in helping with my queries. Communication was clear, and they made the entire purchase process easy and stress-free. Good products are important, but great customer service is what builds trust and keeps customers coming back. Militado did both exceptionally well. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Love Militado watches

So far I have purchased three Militado watches directly from their website. I love Militado watches. But beyond the watches, Militado's customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and are flexible. I would much rather buy a Militado watch from their own website than from AliExpress, for example.

Good collection of budget field watches with reliable shipping

The experience of buying Militado watches from their website has been hassle-free so far. The customer service is responsive, and the duty-paid shipping service to India has been reliable so far. There are plenty of customisation options for the movement and straps, and the website itself functions reliably all the way up to the checkout and payment section. However, only their budget field watches in the sub-$100/- price bracket are competitively priced - and they are all limited to quartz or meca-quartz movements. There aren't any competitively priced automatic options based on Miyota or Seagull automatic movements in the sub-$100/- category.
