Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently mention that orders arrive promptly, while communication is clear and the overall purchasing processes remain smooth, straightforward, and efficient for buyers. Many people appreciate receiving items that accurately match descriptions, noting that the goods are fully functional, satisfying, and well-suited for everyday needs.
Some reviewers were not happy with item sizes, reporting that various products frequently appear much smaller and less impressive than shown in online advertisements. Customers also noted significant delivery delays, missing promotional items, and unexpected difficulties when trying to reach out and resolve complaints with support.
I ordered the T-shirt and immediately got an alert from my bank. I was being overcharged by $10.00. I emailed mindpagewise within minutes of placing the order. When I got the response, they said that they had already shipped it out. I again said that I wanted a refund that I did not want the product and that I repeatedly emailed prior to them shipping it out. Based on the shipping label, it was actually sent out the following day and I did not receive it for 10 days. The refund that they issued was for $8.95, which was not the total that I was charged or rather overcharged. I am disputing this charge with my bank.
No instructions. Appears to be a very cheaply made product
The product came in pieces and there is NO instructions on how to put the contraption together or how to use it. Basically at this time they are useless to me.
The ad showed a two piece/two step process to assemble with the larger piece being sticky on one side & the finished article appeared more chunky & 3D. What I received were 3 very thin components with no instructions. There was no stickiness on the larger piece- just a thin 2 sided sticky extra component to try & peel. Very confusing, fiddly & difficult to assemble especially for people with low dexterity. You need to advertise more accurately & add some instructions please.
The posters are made of a nice sturdy vinyl, but unfortunately, by the time they arrived, they had been smashed and bent pretty good… We managed to get the dings out to put them on the garbage bins, so all is good now. Better packaging I think is the answer.
this I a pain in the arse to submit anything. God knows what this is submitting for . Already wrote a review for lock pics . God knows if that went through shitful app keeps making me go round and round.
