First the shipping was really s l o w.
First the shipping was really s l o w! also the item was designed for really little person, back is too low and the seat is also is a little narrow.

It took a long time for the order to ship supposedly - weeks. Then, I never actually received the order. It took They sent tracking that it was delivered but had no photo evidence. I live in a small town with virtually zero theft from porches and I know all of my neighbors so it is extremely unlikely that it was stolen. I guess that is what I get for ordering off of an internet ad from a vendor that is 100% unknown to me.
Product was ordered with no problem
Product was ordered with no problem, billing was correct, communications from company regarding the product and delivery was very good, and product was received in tact with no other problems. All good
Honesty because I received the product…
Honesty because I received the product as advertised especially from a foreign country
BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! Horrible Company!! I reached to return a product and keep getting the runaround. They first offered $6 dollar refund and keep product, then $9, I said no and demanded to return it… the replay was $12. They try to push the time line till it surpasses the 14-day return window and then you are out of luck.

Mostly the issue was the length of shipping. It is not described where it is coming from when ordered. When I received the package it was absolutely demolished. I believe that the product is intact but have not been back to my camper since I received it to confirm.
