I placed an order for their Foam Cannon Pro 10 days ago, and I still have no tracking information. I emailed them twice and I am yet to receive a response. I may eventually receive the product; however, that will not negate the horrible customer service to which I have been exposed.
Nice site, easy to order. good payment options. I used paypal. Ordering was good and easy Shipping information is scarce, no track and trace was sent. Package was delivered in 1 week which is ok. There is a disclaimer on the site about tax and sending outside of EU. They ship from EU so no issue other than that Tax should be included on the invoice.
