Staff cannot understand basic grammar

Staff cannot understand basic grammar. Have been talked to with words like "pls". The staff don't know the difference between Their, they're and there. Orders take hours to do. Staff leave you on hold for 30 minutes + You guys need to rehire ASAP, I feel like i'm talking to toddlers when trying to get robux.

Oh my goodness, very annoying I ordered some robux for roblox which came to just over £10. I was told that I would receive them almost instantly but it was far from instant. I ordered at 5.10 pm and after much nagging to them via email and online chat, and after threatening for a refund, I finally got them at 10.30 pm the next night.

Had no problems until recently purchasing Robux. Last 2 transactions have took a long time and with no responses or help from there supposed 24/7 support. Also prices were just hiked by over 300% which is somewhat of a huge leap

After buying 7

After buying 7, 8 times of their products, I got scammed. I didn’t receive my latest order over 36 hours. I don’t know what happened, and their online support team said they would give me a full refund. And now it has been over 30 hours, I still got nothing or ally response from them.

Over 24 hours after purchasing Robux…

Over 24 hours after purchasing Robux for my kids, there is still no robux issued and all my emails are being ignored. I went on live support, waited 3 hours to speak to someone who just said "join the group" and immediately ended the chat. But I had already joined the group prior to that. Spend another few hours on live chat and sent emails but nobody is getting back to me. I would advise not to use them. I certainly won't be using them again.

worst site ever??

this has to be the worst online site i ever visited. stupid customers support, orders take way to long, orders don't even get delivered, no confirmation email or anything, gave me a fake order number. please don't waste your time on these first grade a holes.

Bought robux got it in 30 minutes i choose the option of giving my login info revieved everything in 30 minutes to the people saying this website is a scam take a close look its becauset hey buy fifa 18 coins. all the other game currency are normal and dont have trouble and i mean lets get real everyone fifa 18 sucks roblox may not be the best but a soccer game is just awful with all the micro transactions Keep up the great site Site is legit and i have no troubles with it ever and i spent alteast over 40 EURO's on it

It's a scam!

It is a scam they are using hacked credit cards, since 2 months i bought a couple of league of legends skins, today i got all skins that i received from them deleted from my account i repeat dont give them your money they are stealing credit cards and using it and your acounts wil get banned or like in my case your skins will be removed from your account.

Poor poor poor piece of crap . I’ve been waiting more then 24 hours for my order and I’ve been on the live chat all the time . All they were saying we will deliver your order in 3 hours . Till now I haven’t got my order and now they want to refund . Waste of time AVOID
