Its currently been around 30 hours since I've placed the order for SoulWorker DZ. Customer support either replies with "Let me check" and leave you, or tell you to wait. In an email I've been told they will refund after 24 hours if they cant get the currency together or buy your account. Yet my requests for a refund have been ignored. The lack of transparency from the website and bad customer support do not give much hope. (Will update when anything changes) UPDATE 3/22/2018: Customer support finally agreed to refunding my purchase. Been told it can take a few days as I used paymentwall for my purchase.

Hello Everyone. I have paid to buy 4000k fifa pc coins via using comfort trade. The officer told me that he will load the coins in 2 hours. But I was suprised when I received e-mail from EA Fifa Security Team. They have warned me because of they have caught this coins charging. They have removed my all fifa coins. And then I called this company and explained what happened. They just told me that they are so sorry. It is not their fault. Finally I have paid and I have nothing. They do not want to refund me. Ordered 44mil Forza Horizon 3 credits. Checkout was easy and I got my credits before the 24 hours was up (I got them after about 3/4 hours which is fast). Also extremely cheap and I will be buying from this shop again. Everyone complains about the delivery time when it CLEARLY says 24 hours. They can't be online every minute of the day to buy your stuff, give em some slack.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I have ordered a Google Play Gift Card 50$ and more then 12 hours later I still haven't received my digital code!? This is unacceptable!! So this review will be unlike any other, honest and pure. I dont know where to begin, first off, it says on their page it will be delivered within 30 minutes but it has been 6+ hours since I've ordered my black desert daum cash, secondly, their customer support and pming their emails dont work either, I requested a refund and Audit Dept which is one of the customer support helper in Mmocs ignores my messages, while when I send them an email they said "We dont have the rights to refund" which made me laugh my butt off. I will be waiting a little bit more to see if they actually do send what I ordered, but until then Ill be contacting my bank and paypal to revert my purchases. So after waiting 35 hours for FIFA mobile coins they promised would be done in 12, they scammed my money as soon as I opened a case with PayPal they conveniently claim they delivered the coins which they have not. I been badgering them for the past 13 hours and was told it would take days to load coins, but as soon as I got PayPal involved it was claimed to be delivered but forgot to email me lol. Scamming merchants don't ever use them.
