Hi, Thanks for your support. We do this further verification simply because of the flooding online frauds. People may use stolen account or credit card to pay on our site. Once the information doesn't match or cannot be provided, to protect both of our benefits, we'd rather refund. We really appreciate your cooperation. Thanks &Regards MMOJUGG

MMOJUGG sells gold but does not deliver even after 24 hours.

I ordered in game gold and paid with a credit card. It has been 24 hours and I still don’t have what I ordered. I have contacted the company 3 times and each time they say it will be just a few more hours. I believe this is a scam company.

Hi, Sorry for the delay. For some servers, we do need more time to deliver. We'll try our best to work with more suppliers. Thanks &Regards
