Scam. Just set my order to delivered while delivering nothing

it is a scam

it is a scam. suppose you order throne and liberty luccent from PSN only server. they will say they have stock but end up not answering you and not delivering for you. Please have more people complain about their service and have their website shut down for violation/scam. I will continue to complain about this until the website is taken down. it is not fair to us consumers to be treated like this. Please everyone out there. Please support this post and put it on Reddit and make sure this website no longer exists.

This is a scam of a site, avoid at all costs. Paid, said "delivered" and nothing. Contacted support and they were completely useless saying "Oh we can't get in contact with our supplier, we will email you" Nope, never got an email. Stay away at all costs, this is a total scam of a site.

Look elsewhere

Bought from here in wow. 0 communication 0 anything took my cash then 100% radio silence no email, text, in game message. Nothing.

i do not write reviews like that not even on best restaurant spots or games i played but this website company is f***ing puppy water dogsh*t of a company never buying anything from this site omg you guys are bad need way better customer service making me run back to the lil more expensive in price websites where I will get my stuff in less quick 2hrs max.....This website who knows when you are getting your stuff. and they have the same copy and paste message our suppliers that's the best excuse you guys have no your dogsh*t stay away dont come please they need to revamp and maybe in the future but right now stay away. i am make it my mission to get people away from this site needs to be shut down.... Way past 24hrs still no order completed after messaging they had it come on sounds fishy

Bought, payed -> no delivery, no informations, no mails

Ordered ingame currency. Website says on stock - ordered -> payed -> nothing happend. Since 2 days, my order is not fullfilled, the chat is just a bot and nobody answered on my email. If my stuff is not bought from the auctionhouse today, i will start a complain and a charge back. Update 21.10: You need more time for new servers? My server is early access. And if you need "just" more time, why not even a single answer on mails? Fact is: ordered nearly 3 days ago, items in the action house runs out in 3h and you have nothing done at all, beside writing here your standard blabla

Decided to buy some Lucent from this place since they have better prices and reviews than the other sites I frequent. I got the Lucent I paid for within an hour as advertised despite being on a smaller server. Pro tip, you can ask their chat bot for a coupon and get a few bucks off.

No information from the service

I placed an order on the site and contacted the live chat immediately afterwards. They said it might take a while. After about 4 hours I went to the live chat a second time and they still said it might take a while. I had asked for a time frame several times but never received an answer except for * It will take some time * After more than 24 hours I contacted them again and the only answer I get is *we are working on it, will email you once we can deliver OK?*. It's like they're saying *I don't know / I'm not interested / I don't care. Really bad service Definitely NOT recommended Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

i bought lucent when they say you will resive it about from 5mins to 1 hour and less than 6hours now its been like more than 14hours and they did not respond to me

The FAQ on the website is a lie

The FAQ on the website says "all our orders must be finished within 24 hours" try I had to reach out to the customer service chat over SEVEN times for updated timelines. Every single time I asked for an updated timeline the estimate was well over the supposed 6-hour minimum for orders to be restocked. Moreover I actively worked with the customer service to expedite my order soon as I could, but it's been over 24 hours since I originally contacted them and over 36 hours since I placed the original order. This level of ineptitude is completely unsatisfactory. Edit: I work in the tech industry and acknowledge some delays in sourcing, however the website clearly lines their expected delivery times and my order along with many others have gone well beyond 24 hours. If there's proof it's going to be over 24 hours you need to update your website to reflect this immediately.

Its scam . I buyed lucent for throne and liberty .in the begining they askd for information but after this, they stoped to answering and they didnt respond to any of comunication . Dont buy anything .
