I got the delivery, but it didn't arrive within the 30-60 minutes as promised, it took 3 hours. I think you would profit from being more honest about what you actually have in stock ready to deliver and not. Just answer this will take 3,6, or 9 hours instead of a bad 24h disclaimer and people will be happy.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. They advertise quick delivery with lots of "stock". It's a lie. Then when you call them out, the try and give you the run around with "issues with their supplier" Eventually they stop communicating altogether. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!

No stock - Been waiting days for my gold

First purchase : Was delivered quite quickly in around 24H which wasn't great but not bad either. Second purchase: I've been waiting for more then a week for my gold. Their supplier was apparently 'low in stock' and had the audacity to mark the request has 'completed' eventhough I didn't receive a single gold coin. Leading to me having to justify myself with their customer support eventhough I really wasn't delivered. Now I've been waiting for my gold since 5 days. Their support is trying to help me but their supplier is never available (because of timezones differences). Will update my review, if I ever receive any gold. EDIT - 17/11/2023 Still haven't received the golds or any refund. Eventhough they told me they would proceed with the refund about a week ago.
