Dear Ali, Thank you for choosing MobileRecharge.com. On 03/11/2026 you sent a mobile recharge to a Vodafone Albania number. We initially received the message that this top-up had been successful and indeed it showed as such in your online account at the time. However, the operator has since advised us that the top-up has in fact failed and the credit could not be applied. Therefore, order number 41552843 has been canceled and the payment method used was refunded. The refund transaction could take between 3 and 5 working days to show on your account depending on the speed of your financial institution. The reason that it failed was not specified but the most common reasons are as follows; - the operator was experiencing a temporary outage - you entered an invalid number/operator combination - the number you entered is postpaid and not prepaid or not eligible for the plan chosen. - the number you entered is inactive We would advise you to re-check the number & operator information again - perhaps confirm with the owner of the phone - and place a new order.
