Pathetic company, i bought misyakenly a recharge pin for telus instead of Koodo. While asking them to replace it with Koodo, they deny it. Soon to move to Rogers.

Hi Chady, It is indeed frustrating to lose money due to a wrong operater selected in the online form. In such cases we can only cancel your order IF the order hasn't been processed and sent on to the local operator. Once the money gets on a phone number that exists, be it the wrong one, the credit cannot be withdrawn. It's a general policy, not our own decision.
