Good Service - You may need to contact customer service

July 22, 2026 Update: Overall, this is a helpful service. I travel for work. This apparently, caused MobileRecharge to review and close my account. Unfortunately, they did not reach out to me directly. They just closed my account. I sent an email to their support email found on the website. They replied with the email response you can read below. I had no recourse. There wasn't a clear way to reach out them and talk to a real person. After that, I posted a TrustPilot review that expressed dissatisfaction with MobileRecharge. Then MobileRecharge reached out to me. The issues were resolved. So, I can recommend them. But, if you travel for work or will use this service with IP addresses that vary over time. You may want to reach out to them FIRST to clarify your situation.

They charged my card and was told the order will be completed in 12hrs since the topup service may have ran out of credits. Never heard from them ever again and my funds were never reimbursed. Total scam when making a decent recharge

A total waste of money—do not recommend

I paid over £4 for a 2.5GB data package that was supposed to last for 7 days for a friend in Congo Kinshasa. In reality, the data disappeared completely within just a few hours on the same day, with zero notification. My friend usually buys 2GB directly from Airtel for $1, which easily lasts 24 hours. The rates here are incredibly overpriced for a service that vanishes instantly. A complete waste of my hard-earned cash, I'm highly disappointed and will not be using this service again.
