You are thieves and you are stealing from me during the money transfer. A certain amount is sent here, but a smaller amount is deposited to the SIM card there.

Dear customer, We sent the full amount of credit as shown on the invoice. However, some operators may apply VAT, local taxes or other fees established by the municipality, which will be deducted from the amount of the cellular recharge based on local regulations of the destination network or based on the agreement between operator and benificiary. Unfortunately, these local issues are out of our control.

MobileRecharge failed to add credit to my account even after multiple emails to support. I ended up paying twice because the first payment didn’t show, and the service fees are unreasonably high. Very disappointing experience.
