I switched from iphone to android just the past few days. My main concern was my data (i.e. pictures, messages, etc.). After searching the web for best possible method to transfer such data, I found a good review about mobileTrans. I finally just today was able to transfer everything since I got it done in stages for one reason: the transfer was taking too long especially whatsapp messages!
Another thing I wished mobileTrans was able to do is to transfer my notes which I have to search now to see the best possible way to transfer my note. Overall, I recommend mobileTrans.
Bought this software today (02.08.2020) but it doesn’t work :(
I'm switching from Samsung S9 to iPhone 11 Pro and need MobileTrans to transfer my sms text messages from the Android to IOS phone.
I've followed all steps and have succeeded to connect both phones and also get through the whole transfer part. But when the transferring is done an error occurs on the iPhone and no messages are transferred. Tried it twice now - both times getting the same negative result :(
Moreover is the support for this software gone? It seems like Wondershare only support Dr.Fone and their other products and not MobileTrans. Please prove me wrong and help me out! Because I really don't want to lose my old texts why I really hope for some support - that or I need a refund!

My experience was ok. Whatsapp migrated from iOS to Android. BUT, just realized it is an unofficial version of whatsapp during the procedure. Also, I had to activate developers mode and other settings which I don't feel I would like to. This should be explicit before purchasing. It would be more honest.
Transfer with no issues, only 5 devices included though
This app worked well to transfer my data from my Samsung S6 to my iphone 11 pro. There are a few steps that you need to do on both phones, but the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. All up it took less than an hour.
I agree with the last user that 'lifetime' seems to be a bit of a stretch, since it tells you that it's only valid for 5 devices, but that will do the job for us.
I am beyond MAD that once I purchased the app it then tells me that I am limited to 5 devices!!! Where is that information on the page showing the options?? It's NOT THERE! I checked and double checked. I purchased a lifetime license so I would be able to use it since I seem to always be stuck transferring peoples phones and now I am limited to 5 devices! It's a lie... It's not lifetime, it's until you use it on 5 devices! Who's lifetime is that? - After reviewing the site once again I did find the fine print over to the side saying it was only for 5 devices! I would have never purchased this product had I seen that! That should be out in front along with all the other information not pushed off to the side!

I bought the app to allow me move from android galaxy A70 to iphone 11 promax (Mainly to transfer whatsapp).It started well, I followed the many instructions given but all the time evantually its saying restoration is incomplete.

I only got the app to transfer my WhatsApp data from android to Iphone SE. It did this and it was pretty quick but had to keep changing settings. For the price though it was quite expensive and I'm not sure why you would want a yearly subscription if your only going to be doing it once?
Bought to transfer OnePlusX (with custom rom) data to Iphone 11.
I only used it for images and whatsapp data (migrated contacts/calendar etc. with google account), for which it worked well.
But beware that theres quite some stuff which is not restorable on Iphones, like I believe contacts, caller lists, app data and others. Not too much of a problem for me, but people looking for a complete migration should know.
A little limited for an app within that price range, I paid 50 Euros to transfer whatsapp data and some images... hopefully the software will be of some use again in the future.
I lost all my pictures. contact customer services, they take too long to respond and after several weeks no solutions yet.

Not needing to go full-on with Dr. Phone, MobileTrans made making a copy of my broken phone rather simple. Not five stars only because of the lack of documentation. (For instance, getting developer privileges is very different the higher the Android level than what's described--In my case a BLU phone. You'll have to either use a little bit of brain power or get in touch touch with your phone brand's support if your phone isn't listed on the welcome page.)
Overall, well worth the money to take a snapshot of your phone should you need to get it back to that point in time.
I can´t seem to put names to my contacts since the transfer. All my chats are just numbers even though I have them stored. The whatsapp app itself is kind of weird

Creates a mimic of apps in order to backup data/restore
The app does help you with whatsapp data etc, but it creates some kind of alternative (non-genuine) version that doesn't have all the features the "real" one has; beware of this....

It’s so frustrating to use this app! Paid so much! And it didn’t work for my transfer from iPhone to Samsung. Ran it for more than 24 hours and it still was stuck at some stages. Video tutorial was not clear.

Yes it works but very expensive! Had spent many hours today trying to transfer WhatsApp chats from iPhone to Samsung with various apps. Finally admitted defeat and paid the £48 and transferred all data with no issues - worth the money after spending hours on free apps that do not work.
