Doesn’t work :(
Bought this software today (02.08.2020) but it doesn’t work :( I'm switching from Samsung S9 to iPhone 11 Pro and need MobileTrans to transfer my sms text messages from the Android to IOS phone. I've followed all steps and have succeeded to connect both phones and also get through the whole transfer part. But when the transferring is done an error occurs on the iPhone and no messages are transferred. Tried it twice now - both times getting the same negative result :( Moreover is the support for this software gone? It seems like Wondershare only support Dr.Fone and their other products and not MobileTrans. Please prove me wrong and help me out! Because I really don't want to lose my old texts why I really hope for some support - that or I need a refund!
