Was easy and quick to handle. Software worked as expected. But I'm afraid I have to use it only once. 30 CHF for this is a bit expensive. That is the only negative point.

i didnt speak to a person even , just a few emails with nonsense. 30 eur completely wasted plus their dangerous software installed in my pc

I didn't believe the app would work so smoothly and flawlessly, and even transfer WhatsApp Business from Android to iPhone like someone gambling with their life — but I succeeded, and I don't regret spending a couple of dollars.

I recently had to transfer data from my mom's old iPhone 7 to new Android phone. SMS Messages, WhatsApp, Viber was the main challenge, as photos and contacts successfully transferred via Google Photos and Contacts.
I don't know why, but iCloud backup didn't work so using standard cloud backup/restore didn't work. That's when I found out Mobile Trans and give it a try.
In the era of web/mobile apps, I hardly need any installable software any more and I have to say, that it was a wonderful experience to use the app. Everything just works, from the first try, it's very intuitive and even non-tech person with the basic computer skills will be able do do the full process.
Only downside was that currently it's impossible to backup Viber from iOS and restore to Android, but I hope it will eventually become available.
Also, I purchased a monthly subscription, but I basically needed the tool just once, so it would be great, if Wondershare adds one-time usage package or something, where you just buy single transfer, or something.
Anyways, you can't go wrong with this software, worth every penny.
