I received the 'Sienna' racket as a birthday gift last month. I'm new to Padel but play various racket sports so picked up the basics fairly quickly. The racket was certainly a big help - sturdy grip, could get top spin out of it and slicing on my serves. I'm looking forward to playing again tomorrow and can certainly recommend the Sienna - it also looks great!

Unable to get a response regarding a return
I purchased a Sailor padel racket from Mone Padel on 27/08/26 (order MP-1083), which was delivered on 07/09/26.
As the item was unused and unopened, I contacted Mone Padel within their stated 14-day return period to request a return, following the instructions in their return policy.
Unfortunately, I have received no response to my initial email. I then sent a follow-up, but I still haven’t heard anything.
I’m disappointed that I have been unable to get a response regarding a straightforward return request, particularly when I contacted them within the timeframe specified in their own return policy.
I hope Mone Padel sees this review and gets in touch so that the return can be resolved.

The delivery was ok, the box came all mashed up but I guess that’s the shippers problem. The racket itself is stunning - but it’s not a great playing racket. 3 minutes into the game and I switched back to my old one. I’m not a professional at padel therefore the complete zero ball output was unforgiving.

Our rackets are designed with a strong focus on control rather than power. The lower ball output is intentional: it gives players more precision and feel, which makes them ideal for beginner and intermediate players who are keen to learn the mechanics of the game and build solid technique. It can take a few sessions to adjust, especially coming from a more power-oriented racket, but many players find their placement and consistency improve as they get used to it.
