I purchased a kids back pack with a 30 day return policy. The zipper kept getting caught in the cloth. I attempted to work with this issue until less that 2 weeks later the zipper broke. The person who I purchase it from in the store claimed she doesn’t know much about anything in the store but simply ran my transaction and sent me a text receipt. She explained she was ‘new’. When I came to return the item before the 30 days the same girl claimed again that she was ‘new’ and started working there and did not know how to make a return. After calling the store manager , she proceeded to berate me by telling me she’s never had complaints about a product before and that the back pack was placed through the ringer. She was offensive and disrespectful about the return over the phone. She ended up calling security because she didn’t want to return the back pack and did not want to speak to me about it or offer a different solution. She said my 5 year old was the problem for being too rough with the zipper. Unacceparable. A zipper shouldnt break within a month. And if the product is that cheaply made and has a return policy of 30 days then they should return it. Because it is defective and of poor quality.

Terrible shopping experience at Moodytiger, Harbour City 📍 Store: Moodytiger kids clothing store, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong Date of purchase: [7/23/2026] I visited this store intending to buy a one-piece swimsuit for my 8-year-old girl grand daughter. I clearly told the staff its for 8 year old girl, and took what staff picked for me , as I trusted and thought she must have expertise regarding size selection and she picked size 140 for me. During checkout, the staff never informed me of their return policy in advance: the store only allows one exchange and refuses all refunds. Neither did they mention that tags would be cut off during exchange. After I got home and tried the swimsuit on my kid, size 140 turned out far too big. I travelled all the way back to the store the next day to request a full refund, but my request was rejected immediately, and I was only offered an exchange. Since my grand daughter did not come with me, I guessed size 120 would fit. However, the clerk cut off all tags of the new swimsuit without double-checking with me or warning me about the consequence. Once the tags were removed, I lost the right to exchange for another a size 130 if size 120 fits too small This swimsuit was originally meant to be a gift. Without tags, it looks like second-hand goods and can no longer be given as a present. The whole shopping process was unpleasant: the store concealed its strict return rules before payment, and the staff acted recklessly without full communication. I wasted plenty of time making extra trips.I warned mothers to avoid this store

Highly recommended for the Cityplaza staff, I had purchased 14 leggings on 1st April. Since my daughter loves Moodytiger air leggings, I decided to purchase more, when I entered the shop, the staff was very friendly and help me confirm the items that I want. The shop didn’t the enough stock and helped me to ask the warehouse, after confirmation, I made the order shortly (within 10-15 mins), thanks a lot, especially the younger staff, she told me to choose one more leggings to get bigger discount, super love❣️❣️❣️

What's going on with your Cityplaza store?! I went there on 18/8 3:45 pm to do an exchange, but the gate was closed! I waited for nearly 20 minutes and NO ONE came back!!!! This is ridiculous! How can a store be left completely empty for so long?! And the most annoying part is (because no one showed up) I went to another branch. The staff there then told me I could only do the exchange at the store where I made the purchase. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THIS BEFORE?! Absolutely no one mentioned this rule and completely wasted two days of my time! This is so unprofessional!! I'm so disappointed by the poor organization demonstrated by your staff. This experience has eroded my confidence in your brand. Please train your staff properly and ARRANGE MORE STAFF at your store!

I discovered this company through their web advertising. I liked the style and the colors so I decided to give it a shot. Absolutely impressed with the quality and choices! You have the choice between the light material or with more supports and thicker material. The durability of the material is impressive! Soft and comfortable, the "breezy" material allows wide and fluid movements and it feels like a second skin! My two daughters love it!!!! For the sizes, I recommend taking a size above because it tends towards the small size. Delivery between 1 to 3 weeks to Canada. Fortunately I'm not impatient like some people who want everything, immediately. My patience is rewarded by seeing my children smile and be happy to wear these clothes. I only had good experiences and it’s been over a year I’m ordering from them. I recommend !

I bought a pair of leggings and jacket and international shipping was very fast - only took 5 days. The leggings were very lightweight and comfortable and the jacket quality and fit is amazingly good!

I bought a bounch of new products from moodytiger for my nephew in United States as his birthday gift and he is in love with it. Now he is asking for more!! He specially likes the 2-in-1 short+leggings and Air Supply Tees. The shipping was quite quick as well they got it in 6 days after order was placed.

I purchased clothing online on November 20th, today is December 7th and I have yet to receive my items. The tracking says the USPS label was printed on Nov. 30th, 10 days after the order was made, and was never received by the post office. I emailed customer service and she told me the USPS wasn't updating their website and to check back with MoodyTiger one week later. I feel scammed! There is no phone number to contact customer service. I am currently trying to pursue a refund. My purchase was a Christmas gift for my son....so disappointed! I do not recommend this store.
