I love it. Sure will use more. Apps easy to navigate, choose date, time, pickup location, View car options, price, car star rating helps making selection, payment all made online th apps. Picking up car, security is good. Scan Qr code from owner, after they take picture of my ic and my selfie. When returning car, my aps generate QR code for owner to scan. Done.

The booking process was smooth. Host was also very kind. However, the apps did not upload the picture as requested. Tried a few times but still didnt get through. Maybe you can simplify the process or beef up the system. Overall, i am satisfied with the apps

Not so many booking so far. Very difficult to hand over the car to customer. No option for car delivery. I am expected to always be at home to pass the car to guest or delivering the car to the guest.
Excellent platform, been using for almost 2 years now. Easy to use and user friendly. Although there are improvements needed, but as for now it is good.

Been a host for almost a year now. The apps & cust service has tremendously improved for the past few months, but I also would love to see they have a talk with regulators body to establish acts and regulations regarding peer-to-peer car rental services. Plus would love to get a free GPS installed as a superhost. Overall recommended to anyone who would like to earn extra income.
