When you reached out to our team, your order had unfortunately already been cooked, packed, and handed off to the carrier. At that stage, we’re no longer able to stop or reroute shipments, and we know that’s disappointing, especially when freezer space is limited. We’d also love to share a bit more clarity around how Mosaic works. Our service is a subscription, and when signing up, customers select a delivery cadence that works best for them, anywhere from every 1–4 weeks. To help avoid surprises, we send both an email and a text reminder three days before the scheduled charge date, and orders can be skipped, modified, or canceled at any time up until that charge date. For customer convenience, the quickest way to reach our Customer Experience team is by emailing [email protected], where our agents are happy to help as quickly as possible. We also offer a voicemail line for those who prefer to call, and all messages are returned within 24 hours. We truly appreciate this feedback and are grateful you took the time to share it. Hearing directly from customers helps us continue improving the experience for everyone.
