Mosaic Foods

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry to hear the meals were too spicy for you. We understand how important this is, especially when you have health considerations. For future orders, we do offer a spice-level indicator on each meal and a filter on our site that allows you to exclude spicy options entirely. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share it with our team, as clearer guidance is always something we’re working to improve. Please feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected] directly so we can see how best to help. 💚
