Dishonest e-commerce company
Dishonest tactics. It says free delivery in their website but doesn't provide additional details and terms and conditions. I even emailed them regarding free delivery and they promised that there will be, and the payment amount shown in checkout is "fake"; even though it clearly includes delivery charge. Conned me once. After further digging, the free delivery is actually a coupon/voucher code that had to be keyed in (nowhere mentioned in their website) and it doesn't even apply to my state! The useless support team didn't even mention it to me! What a ripoff company.
