Hi Michael, "Nothing better" is about the best review we could hope for! We're so appreciative that you took the time to write us such a great review. We're looking forward to you sampling other cuts of ours in the future and are here to help if there is ever anything we can do. Have a great weekend and hope you fire up the grill! Liz Mr. Steak
Hi Amanda, Thank you so much for the great review. We really appreciated your patience and enjoyed connecting with you. We're so glad to hear you loved the brisket burgers!! Hope you get a chance to grill some more with your friends and family this summer. :) Cheers, Liz Mr. Steak
Hi Beth, Thanks so much for the wonderful review. "Melt in your mouth tender" is what we strive for! We're really glad that you're so happy with our meats and look forward to supplying you with whatever you would like in the future. Have a wonderful day and happy grilling! Liz Mr. Steak
Thanks so much for the fantastic review Sean! We're really happy you've been loving our steaks and are thrilled to have you as part of the Mr. Steak community. Looking forward to continuing to supply you and your family. Have a great day.
Hey Tyler, Thanks so much for the positive review. We hope these steaks brightened up your summer. Please let us know if there is ever anything we can help with in the future. Thanks, James [email protected]
Hey Lynn, Thanks so much for taking the time to write us the great review! It's wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed our steaks this summer. That Kansas City bone-in is huge, right? Please let us know if there is ever anything we can help with in the future. And if you're grilling some Mr. Steak steaks for Christmas or New Years, send me a pic or video at [email protected]. We'll post it to our social! Thanks, James
Hey Jessica! We're so glad we could make your gift a special and memorable one. We look forward to the next time. Happy grilling this summer!
Thank you Craig! We're so happy you think so! Mr. Steak says happy grilling this summer. :)
Hi Karen! Thanks so much for trying our 12oz ribeye! We hope you've had a chance to try some of our other steaks by now. We appreciate your note about the thickness. We've worked on this and I think you'll find an even thickness moving forward! Thanks for taking the time to write us a review and happy grilling! Liz
Hi Trina! Thank you so much for taking the time to write us this fantastic review!! We are so appreciative and are delighted to read how much you loved our brisket burgers and filets!! We hope you enjoyed the rest of your box and can't wait for you to try some of our other steaks in the future. Thanks again and happy grilling!! Liz Mr. Steak
Hey Timothy, Thanks so much for taking the time to write your review! You sure said the magic words, "cook it right!" These are serious steaks and if you cook them right, you won't be disappointed. That's why Mr. Steak created his Ten Commandments of Steak. Send us some pics or video of you grilling some time and we'll post it. Grill on! James [email protected]
Hey Jordan, Thanks so much for your review. We're sorry you weren't fully satisfied with your steaks. Which cuts did you order? If you like lean cuts with less fat, we recommend filets and strip steaks, and to stay clear of ribeye. If you have any more feedback or questions in the future, please email me at [email protected]. Thanks, James
Hey Paige, Thanks so much for the review and letting us know it all went smooth. We hope you enjoyed your steaks! We really appreciate the recommendation. Please let us know if there is ever anything we can help with in the future. Thanks, James [email protected]
Hi Claire, We're so glad you enjoyed your meats and that the process was easy! We hope you're doing well and that you try us again soon! Thanks for leaving us a great review. :) Happy grilling, Liz Mr. Steak
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to share our steaks with you and bring back memories of home Dustin! Thanks so much for the wonderful review. We look forward to bringing Nebraska to you again anytime. Happy grilling, The Mr. Steak team
Hi Terence, we are so sorry about the confusion. We must have missed the note request. We really hope your recipient liked the steaks once they knew who the generous sender was! Next time please make this request to our customer service team and we will make sure to take care of you. They can be reached at [email protected] or (833) MRSTEAK
