Earl, thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you’re happy overall with how the mural turned out and appreciate you choosing Murals Your Way. We're sorry to hear that your request for a black border got missed in the digital proof approval stage. If our pre-pasted material isn't sticking well, often the issue is that it needs more water sprayed on the back to activate the paste. Your comments help us improve, and we’ll be sure to share them with our production team. We hope to work with you again!

Hi Jennifer. Thank you for providing your feedback. I have followed up with you and the Account Manager. I apologize that you didn't have a good experience with Murals Your Way on this project. We missed some steps that is part of our regular process. For example, if we would have provided you with a custom sample, that would have addressed the color issue and led to selection of one of our other, thicker (non-paper) materials. That's on us. We'll make sure to use this to improve our process. Sincerely, Greg Yoch, President of Murals Your Way

Kat, thank you so much for your review! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience from start to finish, and are satisfied with the quality of your mural. If there are projects we can assist you with in the future, our team is here to help!
